PROFESSIONAL DIGITAL COUNTING SCALE

OPERATING MANUAL  
INTRODUCTION  
Congratulations on your purchase of our Professional Digital Counting Scale.  
In order to ensure the scale continues to deliver peak performance, please  
read these operation instructions carefully and thoroughly prior to initial usage.  
IMPORTANT  
1. Read all instructions before operating the scale.  
2. Follow the basic safety precautions for all office equipment when using this  
scale.  
3. The manufacturer does not warrant this unit to be waterproof. Do not  
expose this product to rain or moisture.  
4. Do not use the scale in direct sunlight. Keep it away from heating  
appliances such as an oven, stove, etc.  
5. This scale does not contain any user-serviceable parts. Do not  
disassemble.  
6. Use the scale for its intended purpose only.  
Note: The display value may be affected by electromagnetic influences, e.g.  
when a radio is operated in the immediate vicinity of the device. The product  
can be used for its intended purpose again when the interference is  
discontinued, but may need to be switched on again to re-start.

5) Cancel Accumulating MC  
OPERATION  
LEVEL THE SCALE  
When the scale is put to use at a new place, adjust the level of the scale by turning the 4  
level adjusting feet until the bubble is located in the middle position of the bubble.leveler.  
ACTIVATING THE SCALE  
1. Turn on the “power on/off switch”  
2. All LCD displays will light up and display 9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1,0,A,B,C,D,E,F in turn until  
the LCD displays as shown :  
SET UP UNIT WEIGHT  
Example : 4 pcs of pencil :  
(A). Unit weight of item is unknown  
1. Turn on the scale.  
2. Place the samples on the platform and the exact weight of samples will be displayed.  
3. Input the quantity of the samples,  
Then press “SET UNIT” key,  
Remark: the unit weight will be stored in the scale and can be recalled by  
pressing the “UNIT WGT” key.

(B). Unit weight of item is known  
1. Turn on the scale.  
2. Input the unit weight of the samples.  
3. Press UNIT WGTkey. The unit weight of the sample is stored in the scale.  
COUNTING  
1. The scale is powered on  
2. Put objects on the scale platform  
3. Press UNIT WGT” key.  
4. The quantity of the objects will be shown on the TOTAL (PCS) display.  
ACCUMULATE COUNTING:  
1. Repeat COUNTING procedures above (1) to (4).  
2. Press M+” key.  
3. The UNIT WEIGHT” display will show  
followed by  
.
4. After 2 seconds, the scale will return to the counting model  
 
5. Take off the first samples and put the second samples (e.g. 30 pcs) on the scale  
platform.  
6. Press M+” key.  
7. The UNIT WEIGHT” display will show  
followed by  
.
8. Repeat the procedures until all the samples are counted.  
9. Press ZERO” key and “CE”, to clear the “WEIGHT” and “UNIT WEIGHT” display.  
10. The total accumulated quantity will be displayed by pressing M+” key.  
11. Press MC” key to cancel the accumulated quantity.  
WEIGHT ACCUMULATING  
1. When the “UNIT WEIGHT” display shows 0, place samples on the scale platform.  
2. Press M+” key. The weight will be stored.  
3. Take off the first samples from the scale and put the second samples on the scale  
platform.  
4. Repeat procedure (2) until all the samples are weighted.  
5. To recall the accumulated weight, press “M+” key when “WEIGHT” and “UNIT  
WEIGHT” display show “0”.  
6. Cancel the accumulated weight by pressing the “MC” key.  
SELECTING WEIGHT UNIT  
When the scale is power on, press the “KG/LB” key repeatedly to change weight unit  
according to following sequence:  
kg --- g --- lb  
Displays 3 modes, e.g.  
“kg” mode  
“g” mode  
“lb” mode

UPPER AND LOWER QUANTITY LIMIT SETTING  
1. Turn the scale on.  
2. Press PRESET QTY” key, the 3 LCD will show as below.  
3. Input the upper limit quantity in the “UNIT WEIGHT” display. Then press “M+key to  
confirm.  
4. Input the lower limit quantity in the “TOTAL (PCS)” display. Then press “M+” key to  
confirm.  
5. Place the samples on the scale platform. When the quantity arrives at the upper limit,  
the scale will alarm with a beep sound. The “WEIGHT” display will show the weight,  
the “UNIT WEIGHT” display will show  
.
6. If the quantity of the sample is below the lower limit, scale will alarm with beep, beep  
sound. The “WEIGHT” display will show the weight, the “UNIT WEIGHT” display will  
show  
.
7. The upper & Lower quantity limit can be cancelled by pressing the “CANCEL  
PRESET” key.  
USING THE TARE MODE:  
1. Turn the scale on.  
2. “0.000” will be shown on the “Weight” display after a few seconds.  
3. Place an item on the weighing platform and read the value accordingly.  
4. Press the “TARE” key, the weight of this item will be eliminated and the reading will  
change to “0.000”.  
5. Place next item on the weighing platform and get the reading.  
Note: The scale will display a negative reading when you remove all items. Press the  
“TARE” or “ZERO” key once and the negative reading will disappear.  
OVERLOAD  
When the loading capacity exceeds the maximum capacity of the Digital Scale, the word  
“O_Ld” will be displayed on the “Weight” LCD screen. Remove the item(s) from the scale  
platform to avoid damage to the scale.  
EL BACK-LIGHT  
The EL Back-light will automatically light up when the scale is in operation. It will turn-off  
automatically when the scale is idle..  
POWER OFF  
The scale can be powered off manually by pressing the “On/Off” switch.

BATTERY STATUS  
When the battery is low, a  
symbol will be displayed. Recharge the  
battery by plugging the AC cable to the AC main.  
MAINTENANCE  
Clean with a soft cloth. Do not immerse directly into water or detergent, scrub  
with abrasive material or use corrosive cleanser.
